Instructional Design

I worked in the online learning sector for the past fifteen years, as an author, as a consultant for various start-ups, for pokerstrategy.com as Head of Education, and co-founder of 11heroes.com.

My biggest questions are how learning theories facilitate the instructional design process and what are the practical consequences when applied correctly to a non-academic field, especially in the new technology and apps world.

Recently, I investigated the intersection of Instructional Design and AI and how it can improve the course design and delivery process.

The beginner’s camp at 11Heroes.com was originally created with the WordPress LMS Learndash. This course was aimed at new Fantasy Sports players, explaining important concepts. It featured a more advanced approach, including learning goals, high-quality videos and graded assignments. In the meantime, only a content version is available.
